Refund Policy
We offer two refund protections. Both apply to the $99 Green Card Genius service fee. Neither applies to government filing fees paid directly to USCIS — those go to the government, not to us.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Request a full refund of your service fee within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. No explanation required.
How to request

- 2Put "Refund" in the subject line.
- 3We process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
Denial Protection Guarantee
If USCIS formally denies the application you prepared with Green Card Genius, we will refund your full service fee.
How to claim

- 2Attach a copy or photo of the USCIS denial notice.
- 3We process refunds within 5 business days.

What's covered by both guarantees
- • Your $99 Green Card Genius service fee — 100% refunded
- • No partial refunds, no restocking fees, no deductions
What neither guarantee covers
- • Government filing fees. Fees paid directly to USCIS, the National Visa Center, or any consulate go to the government — not to us — and are non-refundable by Green Card Genius.
- • Fraud or misrepresentation. Denials caused by false, incomplete, or fraudulent information you provided are not covered by the Denial Protection Guarantee.
Requests outside the 30-day window
Refund requests that fall outside the 30-day window and don't involve a USCIS denial are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in good faith. Reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
A note on government fees
USCIS charges separate filing fees for immigration forms — currently around $2,955 for a concurrent Adjustment of Status package (2026). Those fees go directly to the government when you file. Verify the current amounts at uscis.gov before you file — government fees are subject to change.
